"Maison Floruit" is the trading name of the service. It is not a separate company.

4. Data hosting and technical providers
The service's data (recordings, transcripts, book texts, photographs, family space) is stored with Supabase, in the European Union (data centre located in Ireland).
The service uses other providers, each for one specific task: the voice and the calls (ElevenLabs), telephony (Twilio), transcription and assisted writing (OpenAI), payment (Stripe), e-mail delivery (Resend), printing of the book (a printer located in the European Union). The full list, the role of each one, the country where it processes the data and the safeguards that apply are set out in the privacy policy, section 8.
5. A service provided by a computer program
The service's telephone calls are made by "Jeanne", a voice assistant. Jeanne is a computer program, not a person. She says so at the start of every call. This information is given in application of the European regulation on artificial intelligence (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50).
Members of the AVA FIRST AI team listen to the calls afterwards, never live, to check that all is well. The person called is told so from the first call.
The book contains only the words of the person telling her story, transcribed and put in order. Nothing is added, nothing is invented. She reads her book before the family does.
6. What the service is not
Maison Floruit is neither a telecare service, nor a medical service, nor an emergency service. The service does not detect falls or faintness and does not promise to. If the person called says something worrying during a call, the family is notified by text message and by telephone, with no guaranteed timeframe. In an emergency, call 999 or 112 (in France: 15, 18 or 112).
7. Intellectual property
The website, its structure, its texts, its illustrations, its name and its software are the property of AVA FIRST AI or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse without written agreement is prohibited, except for private use.
The stories told by the person called belong to her. AVA FIRST AI claims no rights over them beyond what is necessary to produce the book ordered. See the terms and conditions, section 12.
8. Personal data
AVA FIRST AI is the controller of the personal data collected by the website and the service. The full rules (what we collect, why, for how long, who has access, your rights) are in the privacy policy.

9. Cookies
The website uses a session cookie for the family space and a cookie for the team area. These cookies are necessary for the website to work and do not require your consent.
If audience measurement or advertising tools are enabled (Vercel Analytics, Meta pixel), they are only set with your consent, requested through a banner. The website works fully if you decline. See the privacy policy, section 10.
10. Terms of sale and mediation

In the event of a dispute not resolved with our customer service, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by AVA FIRST AI: le médiateur sera désigné avant la première vente. See the terms and conditions, section 18.
11. Reporting content or misuse
To report a problem with the website, with content, or the fraudulent use of the name of Jeanne or of Maison Floruit (for example a call falsely claiming to come from us), write to nissielthomas@avafirstai.com. Jeanne never asks for money, a code or a card number. A call that does so does not come from us.
12. Applicable law
The website and the service are governed by French law. The French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
