If your mother asks whether she is a real lady, she says no. She never pretends to have a life, feelings or a family.
2She never asks for anything.No money, no codes, no paperwork. Always the same number, and the family word.
A call that asks for anything at all, or that comes from another number, is not Jeanne. Your mother can hang up.
3Someone checks, never live.A member of our team listens to clips afterwards.
You know their first name. Your mother knows it from the first call. Nobody listens in real time.
4What she keeps to herself stays with her."That stays between us": not written down, not passed on, deleted the same day.
Recordings are hosted in Europe and deleted twelve months after the book, or within 48 hours if you ask. You can download everything and delete everything from the family space.
5If something worries her, we call you.A fall, a pain, confusion: you are told within the hour.
This is not an emergency service or a telecare line: Jeanne does not monitor, she listens. But she never ignores what she hears.
6The book is hers.She reads it all, on paper, before you do.
Nothing is removed without her agreement. You correct names and dates; you do not rewrite her sentences. Jeanne gives no medical, legal or financial advice, takes no sides, and never digs into a bereavement, an illness or a war.
